Everyday Rebellion wins Award for Transmedial Storytelling

Everyday Rebellion by Arash T. Riahi and Arman T. Riahi  has won the main award of the B3 Biennale of the Moving Image, the BEN award, in the category Transmedia. Our second crossmedia award!

„This project was unanimously chosen by the jury as a stand-out piece (…in transmedia…) about a much needed service generally ignored by the mass media. Nonviolent protest is a powerful tool for the ordinary citizen and Everyday Rebellion acts as a platform for the people to communicate and educate each other globally about the possibilities of such protest. This is about the art of change and the jury was struck by the fluent and borderless way of working and the graphic and moving presentation made by the Riahi brothers, perhaps best summed up in their statement, at how they began to merge with their subject matter and in their words: ‚It became our movement‘“.
