Anita Haidary is an Afghan women’s rights activist and co-founder of Young Women for Change (YWC), a non-governmental organization aiming to empower and improve the lives of women in Afghanistan.

Members of YWC are committed to promoting gender equality, empowering women and increasing Afghan women’s social participation. In an interview Anita talks about activism and her views on the role of women in Afghanistan after the 2014 elections.
