For every student looking for housing, Thursday is a booked day, reserved for the accommodation ads. The housing is more and more expensive and lessors are even more demanding. Students also think about other solutions: share their own flat and search roommates, live again to their parent’s house.
After the door to door session, when real estate agencies are visiting houses with students, we are tackling “poor-housing”. This issue has to be highlighted to get out from oblivion. We are blaming the government speculation: approximate statistical, youth hazing in the housing market. Housing politics can provide stabilizing actions, in priority they have to help people in need. We have to encourage public authorities to go this way, it’s part of our job.
