Silent protest is a nonviolent method of protesting that is often used by followers of the green wave in Iran. The demonstrators are gathering in big silent groups with a sign of green color. They are just walking along the streets without chanting any slogans at all. This silent protest took place in Rasht in Iran on the 30th of July 2009.
